Implementing successful Supply Chain Finance and SME model in the bank.
Dedicated IT Application Analyst for facilitating requirement gathering and analysis, functional
specifications, data analysis for ADIB and manage projects, liaise with customers to understand the
business requirements, tracking of customer issues and periodical management reporting.
Gather detailed requirements from business users for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing
products.
Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SME's and Project teams to ensure that business
requirements are met within a software package.
Articulate and document business requirements for projects, change requests etc.
Manage vendor service level and quality of development.
Oversee and direct, in conjunction with the respective Systems Analysts / Programmers or the analysis of
business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design,
programming, testing, implementation and documentation for the Cash Management applications.
Coordination between project and business teams during the execution of projects and tasks. Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports,
Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
Mitigate risks and close audit points if any on the applications and processes.
Manage multiple initiatives and track projects/BAU requests/ CRS to closure.
Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA.
Understand the latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestion in the products.
Review the vendor proposal and provide feedback on the same to ensure the completeness of the scope
and quality The successful candidate will have to engage with the Trade, Core /SCF team to handle their day-to-day quires
related to Trade/SCF tasks and products (LCs, Purchase Order Financing, Factoring & Reverse Factoring,
Payable Financing / Receivable Financing, Buyer / Distributor / Dealer Financing, Long Term Financing ..etc. ),
support Trade/SCF 24/7 for all related applications . Candidate will also be responsible for new requirements
gathering, manage the overall system, and assist other team to perform technical changes in the SCF application,
other Trade systems. Understanding of Core Banking, Trade/SCF products, their workflow and life cycle.
Understand of Islamic banking and Islamic Products , Murabaha, Istisna , LME , Wakala Ijara is must
Experience of working on core Banking (Ethix).
Hands on experience of implementation, configuration and support of Core , Trade/SCF system
Proven track record of working experience with Core , Trade/SCF.
Experience of defining accounting and posting rules for all Trade/SCF products and instruments
Experience in SIT/UAT and stakeholder management
