Senior Program Director – Managed Services and BOT Execution for Technology Center Setup
Role Overview
The Senior Program Director will lead and oversee the execution of a large-scale, multi-year program encompassing Managed Services for Applications, Infrastructure, and Security; enterprise acquisition; and the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) setup for a Technology Center. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver complex, multi-track programs within agreed timelines and budgets. Reporting to the Segment Delivery Head, the ideal candidate will have experience managing engagements with over 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end program management for MSP transition, BOT/TCC setup, and acquisition initiatives. Define and maintain program charters, governance frameworks, and success metrics. Ensure alignment with client strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
- Planning & Execution: Lead joint planning sessions with client and internal teams. Oversee transition planning, knowledge transfer, and resource onboarding. Manage due diligence across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Delivery tracks for enterprise acquisition.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal tower leads. Establish strong relationships with client CXO-level executives and provide regular program updates, strategic insights, and risk assessments to ensure alignment at the highest level. Implement communication and change management strategies to enable seamless transitions across all tracks.
- Risk & Issue Management: Maintain risk registers and execute mitigation strategies. Monitor program health and escalate issues proactively.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with tower leads across Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and AI readiness. Ensure staffing plans and JD validations are completed on time.
- Reporting & Governance: Deliver regular status updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders. Track key milestones such as SOW submissions, contract sign-offs, and transition commencement.
