Skills and Experience:
1. 12 - 15 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.
2. Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service cloud, exposure to Marketing cloud, good to have understanding of Communications cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
3. Experience in SOQL, SOSL Queries, Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, Reading SFDC platform logs, Lightening, Apex Class, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Omni Studio development.
4. Minimum of 8x Certifications in Salesforce
5. Strong experience with community building initiatives and involved in mentoring team members
Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals
7. Have excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
8. Proven Leadership and Team management skills to achieve organizational goals
Responsibilities-
1. Define skill development plans for consultants in Salesforce competency; nominate and manage specialists and skill sets related to specializations
2. Contribute to proposal development.
3. Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, complex architecture development
4. Develop Business Case, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
