"Delivery Leader – Telecom                                                                                                                                                                                                          •    Minimum 20+ years of overall work experience
•    Should have experience of managing P & L and delivery of large accounts to the extent of 10-20 mn $
•    Technically sophisticated and business savvy management professional with proven program and project management skills, proficient in managing            widely diverse projects within agreed cost and time lines 
•    Experience in every aspect of running a business segment including Customer relationship, Engineering management, Managing budgets, Resource          management, leadership identification and grooming 
•    Develop overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and current service offerings and ability to manage complex conflicts and resolutions
•    Ability to mitigate risk and solve problems by using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative problem solving abilities
•    Experience to onsite offshore models & multi vendor set up
•    Oversee multiple project delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction for given large customer engagements.
•    Experience in matrix organization (to be able to adopt and operate in)                                                                                                                                  •    Rich experience in handling middle east regions"
