Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy
Refine marketing briefs and define campaign objectives
Develop integrated organic and paid campaign plans
Define KPIs, channel mix, and content sequencing
Campaign Orchestration
Structure campaigns in Wrike
Coordinate execution across content, design, social, web, PR, and paid teams
Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies
Performance & Optimization
Monitor organic and paid performance metrics
Interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations
Conduct campaign reviews and share performance insights
Stakeholder Alignment
Act as primary campaign strategy partner for internal marketing stakeholders
Provide structured status updates and performance summaries
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign strategy, or marketing program management
Prior experience as an account planner in an advertising agency is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of organic and paid digital channels
Experience using workflow tools such as Wrike
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
