Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in DevOps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a deep understanding of DevOps practices, enabling them to bridge the gap between development and operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using DevOps tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in microservices architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
