Designer

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong Telecom domain expertise and deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) processes. will drive solution architecture, design, business analysis, and transformation initiatives, while working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.  Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design  Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Telecom domains (OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, etc.)  Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions  Create architecture artifacts (HLD, LLD, solution blueprints, data flows)  Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices  E2E Process & Telecom Expertise  Strong understanding of Telecom E2E processes (Order-to-Cash, Trouble-to-Resolve, Lead-to-Order, etc.)  Analyze and optimize business workflows across multiple systems and integrations  Provide domain-driven architectural recommendations  Business Analysis & Consulting  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements  Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies  Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technology and transformation strategies  Technical Leadership  Provide technical guidance to development and integration teams  Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks  Ensure solution quality, scalability, and performance  Transition & Transformation  Lead digital transformation, modernization, and migration initiatives  Drive legacy system transformation to modern architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs)  Support transition programs (onshore/offshore, vendor transitions)  Stakeholder Management  Engage with business, IT, and client leadership  Present solutions, proposals, and architecture to senior stakeholders  Support pre-sales, RFPs, and solution estimation  Required Skills & Qualifications:  10+ years of experience in IT/Telecom, with at least 5+ years in Solution Architecture  Strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems  Proven experience in E2E solution design and architecture  Experience in Business Analysis & Consulting roles  Strong understanding of Agile & DevOps practices  Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
