Delivery Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, resilient, and outcome-focused Delivery Manager to lead delivery and operational excellence for multiple client accounts based out of Bangalore. This executive-level role is central to driving strategic execution, rigorous financial management, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery, robust client relationships, and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery of Project & Program Leadership
Responsible for managing and delivering projects and programs to meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards for clients in the India portfolio.
Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive digital transformation by integrating emerging technologies and enhancing system capabilities for improved performance.
Assist in driving strategic operational initiatives, cost optimization plans, and setting up processes to structure and streamline operations.
2. Client Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and clients.
Drive governance, change management, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engage with clients to align project goals, provide consistent status updates, and ensure seamless communication.
3. SOW/MSA Management
Own the drafting of contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Manage the renewal process for existing SOWs.
4. RFP and Proposal Management
Lead the preparation of project proposals and solutions for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Provide necessary operational data support for RFP/RFI submissions.
