We are looking for a highly experienced IT program manager to lead solution implementations.With a minimum of 15 years of work experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in delivering IT projects. Leads and manages the implementation, optimization, and upgrades of software applications, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals, while also managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams. As the program manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of programs, ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve program delivery.In addition, leading the application of Agile methodologies and best practices to ensure continuous delivery and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, to align business objectives. Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and troubleshooting when necessary. Manage portfolios budgets, resources, and forecasts, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet project needs. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
