Program and Project Delivery Management: • End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs and projects for the life sciences client across various areas such as discovery, Pre-clinical, R&D, Mfg, commercial, patient centricity, cloud transformation, digital transformation and regulatory compliance. • Project Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards by bringing in productivity using automation and gen AI tools and accelerators. • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to keep projects on track and mitigate any potential roadblocks. NICE TO HAVE: • Additional Responsibility: Good handle of operational parameters • Introduce automation tools to optimize project tracking and reporting efficiency. P&L and Financial Management: • P&L Ownership: Own and manage the P&L for the account, ensuring profitable delivery, cost optimization, and financial health. • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project costs to ensure financial targets are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior leadership. • Resource Allocation: Manage resource planning and ensure that the right resources are allocated to projects in an efficient manner. NICE TO HAVE: • Additional Responsibility: Identify opportunities for account-level margin improvement through process optimization and automation. • Implement advanced financial tools for predictive cost management and financial forecasting. • Additional Responsibility: Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as leadership programs and skill enhancement bootcamps. • Implement frameworks for identifying and nurturing future leaders within the delivery team. Client and Stakeholder Communication Support: • Onsite Collaboration: Work closely with the Onsite Engagement Partner and Client Partner to ensure strategic alignment and coordination between offshore and onsite teams. • Status Reporting: Provide detailed project status updates, progress reports, and risk management to internal stakeholders to support the client-facing team’s communication with clients. • Delivery Insights: Support internal discussions and presentations with client-facing teams, offering insights on project delivery, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. NICE TO HAVE: • Additional Responsibility: Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives such as client-facing innovation workshops. • Strengthen governance mechanisms for enhanced transparency and trust with stakeholders. RFPs, Proposals & Business Development Support: • Support RFP Responses: Contribute to the development of RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations, focusing on delivery capabilities and solution alignment. • Drive Account Growth: Collaborate with the engagement team to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business, including upselling and cross-selling. Technology & Trends Awareness: • Stay Updated on Technology Trends: Continuously stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in Lifesciences (e.g., AI/ML, cloud computing, application modernization, gen AI). • Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions and drive digital transformation for the client. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Onsite-Offshore Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between the offshore delivery team and onsite counterparts, ensuring alignment on project timelines, priorities, and deliverables. • Global Team Alignment: Ensure smooth operational handoffs and coordinate the delivery of services between global teams, maintaining high levels of efficiency |
