Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead / Project Manager with over 14 years of experience to oversee complex enterprise programs and ensure successful delivery outcomes. This role is pivotal in bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, driving alignment across distributed environments, and ensuring projects meet strategic objectives while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align priorities and expectations.
• Oversee project governance, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project execution, documentation, and delivery frameworks.
• Support resource planning, workload distribution, and coordination across distributed teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes through feedback loops and performance metrics.
