  • This role will be responsible for managing multiple large programs simultaneously, ensuring that the portfolio's financial performance aligns with business goals.
  • As the primary point of contact for global clients, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer communication and escalations.
  • Collaboration with Leaders, project teams, and other internal stakeholders will be essential in delivering customer business outcomes.
  • This role will also be responsible for driving SLAs, KPIs, and metrics to monitor and improve delivery performance, as well as leading governance calls, program reviews, and issue resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management at senior levels and will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing delivery team.
