DataOps Engineer

Data is sourced from 80+ systems incl GDW1/2, Omnia, Files etc
Data ingested via SSIS, SQL packages into Sandpit
ETL is hosted on prem windows server
Analytics team generates Tableau reports for business decisions. They write the queries and push to Git, which is then automated / built into pipelines by the Data Ops Team 
Daily monitoring of jobs, troubleshooting failures, fixing issues.
Reporting is critical for EGM/GM/EM decision-making; hence this plays a critical role 
No formal ticketing system (not in ServiceNow, no P1/P2/P3 categorization, however most of the tickets needs to handle on priority as they go for senior LT reporting    
Front door mechanism already available to prioritize the tasks etc.
Work includes BAU Ops + enhancements (similar to L1/L2/L3 support).
Apart from this, SRE skillset to manage the servers
