Data Governance Lead

- Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Design, Development & implementation experience in Data Governance
- Must have worked in Agile development environment and familiar with Software Development Lifecycle, Agile/Scrum process.
Assess current data governance maturity (people, process,
policy)
Define governance framework (ownership, stewardship, controls)
Identify gaps vs enterprise and regulatory expectations (e.g.,
BCBS 239)
Define target operating model (roles, councils, workflows)
Identify critical data elements (CDEs) and domains
Ensure audit and compliance alignment
Shape governance roadmap and priorities
