2.     Exp building the KPIs and SLA dashboard

3.     Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker

4.     Should be able to Translate the dashboard business requirements (KPIs, SLAs) into data visualizations

5.     Should be able to update, add new features and maintain dashboard

6.     Extract the report for weekly/monthly reporting

7.      Should be able to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
