Experience
Total 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in hands-on technical architecture and execution-oriented role. Depth in software design principles is a must.

Position Description
Excellent client communication skills. Enterprise Digital Architect with focus on Customer Experience, Content/ Digital Assets Management & Digital Marketing, you will develop and maintain technical digital strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps; and oversee the design of solutions to ensure alignment with the approved digital go-to-market strategies and reference architectures. Cross platform integration patterns and business transformations are also key aspects in creating roadmaps and influencing technology directions. You will collaborate will multiple business units and industry analysts.

Qualification & Experience:
• At least 8+ years in Architecture roles with a focus in Customer Experience and Digital Marketing Solutions like Adobe Digital Marketing products like Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, and past experiences in implementing and managing digital (Web, Mobile, digital platforms) solution & projects 
• Must have excellent knowledge of all front end/ UI technology landscape
• Desirable to have knowledge of Sitecore, SharePoint, eCommerce & CRM
• Ideally, having acted as principal architect on at least one major Web Application project, reinforced by having delivered at least 2 projects in Web or/and Mobile
• Experience of working through complex architectural layers (Presentation, Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure)
• Good knowledge of digital technologies in the business context of Digital Marketing, Sales and After Sales Services
• Ability to undertake high level research, horizon scanning and analysis to identify future digital/customer trends, related strategies, policy priorities and issues to support future digital requirements for the enterprise, its customers and business partners.
• Demonstrated involvement in designing and developing best practice standards and guidelines, including online/portal, mobile, contact center, CRM for direct and intermediated channels.
• Highly developed skills in liaising with key stakeholders at all levels as well as providing guidance to project teams in designing and implementing Client’s strategic digital platform.
• A continuous improvement mindset for reviewing, analyzing IT/Architecture strategies and provide input/recommendations on the alignment, risk, financial value and contribution to organizational priorities.
• An ability to formulate and present strategic points of view on the relevance of industry trends on an enterprise digital strategy.
• Support sales team with solution architectures and relevant content as an SME for RFP/ RFIs as well as able to design and develop proactive sales pursuits so that sales team can be take them to the target customers.
