Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager with a strong background in DevOps to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions while implementing best practices in DevOps to enhance collaboration and efficiency across development and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Implement and oversee DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Monitor and improve software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on DevOps.
