CRM Associate Manager

JD:

• 12+ years of overall experience with strong technical background,.NET and Cloud Modernization projects
• 5-8 years of experience primarily in project/program management for a large global organization
• Develop accurate project planning and resources for the assigned projects
• Deliver the project within the timeline and budget assigned
• Demonstrated past experience in defining and measuring team success via data driven metrics and reporting
• Understanding of common technology background such as Frontend, Backend, Responsive Web Design and Micro Services
• Have excellent communication skills and experience working with hiring, technical and business management teams
• Follow up with the team on execution of the projects and division of tasks
• Communicate any blocker and dependency that may delay the projects
• Ensure that the project is within a satisfactory financial target or budget
• Adjust the program plan through change of control if any new requirement arises
• Ensure that all task tracking system and documentation are up to date
