We are looking for a strategic and solution-oriented Business Partner with exposure to Billing and Finance processes to join our IT Consulting and Engineering team. This role serves as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, including senior leadership, and Technical Teams (Development and Quality Engineering), driving the identification of business challenges, designing technology-enabled solutions, and leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement
  • · Serve as the primary liaison between business units, finance teams, and engineering groups.
  • · Facilitate strategic discussions with leadership to understand business goals and financial pain points.
  • · Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

     

  • Billing & Finance Domain Expertise
  • · Analyze and optimize billing workflows, revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.
  • · Ensure solutions align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and financial regulations.
  • · Collaborate with finance SMEs to validate solution feasibility and accuracy.

     

  • Solution Design & Delivery Leadership
  • · Lead the design of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions in collaboration with architects and developers.
  • · Drive agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • · Oversee development, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with business expectations.

     

  • Quality Assurance & Implementation Support
  • · Partner with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • · Coordinate UAT sessions and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
  • · Support post-deployment reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

     

  • Cross-Functional Communication
  • · Maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
  • · Prepare and present solution roadmaps, progress updates, and impact assessments to leadership.

 

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

  • · 7+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles within IT services or engineering environments.

  • · Strong understanding of billing systems, financial operations, and ERP platforms.

  • · Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • · Certifications: CBAP, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.

  • · Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms.

  • · Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
