Job Description
● Banking Industry thought leader with at least 10+ years of
experience 
● Hands on knowledge across, Lending, Payments, Core
banking, Treasury, Wealth or Capital markets solutions
● Worked on complex implementations across Digital
engineering, Platform modernization, Product implementation
and design.
● Strong Experience in implemented and configured any of the
leading COTS products, - Loan IQ, FIS MBP, Finestra Product Suite,
IBM FTM, Dovetail, Bottomline, Fiserv payment engine, CGI
products,
● Experience in working with Fintech’s, API & microservices,
Agile Methodology, and using domain drive methodologies
DDD, BDD
● Experience in emerging payments methods and trends like
tokenization, block chain, Cypto, NFT, AI & ML in fraud etc.
● Willing to support both business development (Practice
Growth) and Capability development (Solutions, resources)
● Has entrepreneur spirit with ability to adopt & adjust quickly to
grow the fast-changing payments environment.
● Ability to innovate and rapidly build solution accelerators, MVP
& frameworks to drive nonlinear growth.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop
and maintain effective relationships with product team,
development team and the management team.
● Aware of technology trends like AI/ML, robotics, cloud etc and
its Impact to banking operations
● Analyzes information from varying perspectives, establishes
the pivotal element of an issue and reaches a logical
conclusion through the process.
● Defining enterprise blue prints & architecture roadmaps.
● SWIFT Standards Knowledge of SWIFT architecture,
messaging middleware design and ISO 20022 and MTmessage formats.
● Hand on experience in implementing Open API’s, Opens
Sources tools& cloud based application & solutions.
