Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive for HR Business Partnering. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management and HR operations while demonstrating strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel. This role will play a key part in supporting the performance management process, maintaining HR information systems, managing offboarding activities, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner for designated teams, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage HR operations, including system updates and information management.
  • Support the performance management process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback cycles. 
  • Lead offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with policies. 
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and analyses using Excel to support decision-making.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams with strong written and verbal skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 Years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
