Job Title: Senior ELK Backend Engineer
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for operating, upgrading, and supporting the ELK platform across Kubernetes (EKS /
AKS), cloud, and on prem environments, ensuring platform stability and smooth application
onboarding.

Experience
• 8 to 10 years of hands on experience with the ELK / Elastic Stack
• Strong experience in infrastructure and Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and operate the ELK backend platform
• Deploy and manage ELK using ECK (Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes)
• Support application onboarding procedures
• Manage ELK deployments using CI/CD pipelines
• Perform ELK platform upgrades and patching
• Operate ELK on EKS or AKS
• Manage load balancers, services, and ingress
• Support on prem infrastructure and DR
• Monitor and maintain:
o Cluster health
o Pods and node resources
o Disk usage and scaling
• Take proactive actions to ensure platform stability
• Follow ServiceNow Change Management for all changes
