Consultant
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our offshore creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent presentation skills, and experience creating impactful visual assets across digital and print media including PowerPoint decks, email campaigns, PDFs, and marketing materials.
This role will support the global marketing and business teams by ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and timely delivery of creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Production
Design, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and internal communications material
Create visually engaging email campaign templates, digital banners, and PDF brochures aligned with brand guidelines
Adapt existing creative concepts for different platforms and campaigns
Support content and marketing teams in developing pitch collaterals, infographics, one-pagers, and case studies
Ensure all design assets are optimized for web and print and are consistent with brand standards
Collaboration and Execution
Work closely with marketing, sales, and communications teams to understand creative requirements and priorities
Translate business briefs into creative outputs that communicate ideas clearly and visually
Collaborate with senior designers and digital marketing specialists on end-to-end campaign design from concept to execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Quality and Delivery
Ensure design deliverables are accurate, brand-compliant, and ready for distribution via email, social, or print
Maintain an organized repository of assets, templates, and brand files
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
Required Skills and Experience
Four to five years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative services environment
Proven ability to design presentations, marketing PDFs, and email campaign creatives
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and MS PowerPoint with advanced formatting and template creation
Familiarity with email design platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate complex information into simple, clean, and visually appealing graphics
Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar collaboration and design platforms
Exposure to B2B campaign design or technology services marketing
Basic understanding of HTML email layouts or responsive design
Motion graphics or video-editing experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro
Education
Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
Certification or portfolio demonstrating strong design and presentation capabilities is highly desirable
