You are part of IT support, problem reports from end users. You support and collaborate with team members in Bangalore office. You will own all incidents and fault requests including prioritizations, classification and routing You will resolve complex technical issues efficiently with IT Software and prioritising a high vome of IT support. You will take care of on boarding and off boarding the employees.
