Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Create complex formulas and functions to facilitate data analysis and calculations.
- Design and develop Excel dashboards and reports for data summarization.
- Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate various applications.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel, VBA, and Power Automate.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and processes.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in VBA programming.
- Experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for creating automated workflows.
- Basic experience in SQL and database management is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps).
