Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Excel macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create complex formulas and functions to facilitate data analysis and calculations.
  • Design and develop Excel dashboards and reports for data summarization.
  • Utilize Power Automate to streamline workflows and integrate various applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Excel, VBA, and Power Automate.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new tools and processes.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in VBA programming.
  • Experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) for creating automated workflows.
  • Basic experience in SQL and database management is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps).
