We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting real-time payment solutions within the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud technologies, and familiarity with Payments workflow.
This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and working within a Cloud environment.

Monitor AWS Cloud services, support group mails to address & resolve basic problems
Co-ordinate and escalate to the respective downstream system including the vendor products
Coordination during Planned DR activities.
Analyze & resolve basic, incidents related to applications and might take support from application team for complicated incidents.
Building knowledge assets (KB Articles) - knowledge base build out of support process, common error patterns and health check procedures (if any)
Supporting Customer onboarding
Error Codes API documentation preparation

Familiarity with ACIs Universal Payments Framework (UPF) or other payment processing platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with experience working in a Cloud environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
