Platform Engineer

The Senior Platform Engineer will oversee the organization's device management, utilizing their extensive MECM (SCCM) and Intune expertise. Responsibilities include maintaining the Co Managed SCCM infrastructure, managing monthly patching and compliance reporting, and handling software deployment and distribution.
Manage SCCM infrastructure end-to-end, including upgrades, health monitoring, and troubleshooting. Handle tickets, daily operations, software packaging, delivery through SCCM, reporting, and compliance.

Mandatory Skills

Hands on experience with Application Packaging/ repackaging.
Must have expert level scripting skills through PowerShell
Good knowledge of registry, WMI and windows file/folder permissions.
Experience in managing deployments with Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM) for a large organization.
Experience with through application testing, piloting, and feedback accumulation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with accurate reporting of deployment compliance.
Experience with devising and implementing solutions to remediate failures.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
