Business Analyst with Insurance Domain

BCS-Business Business Analyst
Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts
Hands on experience on Rally Jira or equivalent tool
Has basic technical knowledge of Portals Integration & Databases.
Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements
Write functional specifications; Lead development of common standards and tools
Assists in operational rollout and support.
Minimum of 7 years of BA/BSA experience.
Experience in working on Insurance projects.
Knowledge of Insurance Portal development is preferable.
Excellent oral and written communication skill
A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Ability to take strategic direction from executive management; Initiative
Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidanc
