Business Analyst - Pega

Job description:

• 8+ Years of Overall IT and BA Experience; Preferably in BPM and Process Management
• Extensive exposure into Banking Experience in Pega Development or understanding of Basic Pega concepts is preferred
• Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
• Understands the business vision and translates to technology impacts and solutions.
• Agile knowledge while acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
• Taps into a wide degree of creativity and initiative
• Workshop facilitation skills
• Experience using JIRA and confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts
