Job Description:
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge required for this role:
Strong knowledge of payments domain Digital payments, Direct Debit, cross-border payments, domestic payments and Clearing
Good understanding of payments landscape, services and integration touchpoints
Subject Matter Expertise / knowledge in SWIFT Messaging (MT & MX - ISO20022 )
Knowledge of UAE payment schemes (specifically on ongoing and upcoming schemes NPSS, BUNA, AFAQ & Instant Payments like UPI)
Good written and oral communication, Time management & Problem solving
Details:
Perform Functional impact analysis
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Performing / coordinate user acceptance testing
Design Process flowcharts and construct workflow diagrams
Support testing and review of test scenarios and validate test case in line with the business requirements & functional specifications
Monitoring Project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending actions
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with operations, managerial and technology teams.
Determine Operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information,evaluating output requirements; identifying areas for improvement and developing & implementing solutions.
Prepare functional documents like Business requirements and functional specification, user stories, process maps and SOPs
