Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with software development in a specific domain (e.g., finance, healthcare).
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or business analysis (CBAP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
