Business Analyst
8+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong expertise in Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, and Group Benefits Insurance.
Extensive experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ/Quoting, supporting policy administration, enrollment, billing, claims, and customer servicing processes.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, facilitating workshops/JAD sessions, and conducting gap analysis to identify business needs and solution opportunities.
Proven ability to create process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
Experience collaborating with business, product, and technology teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across insurance platforms.
Strong experience with Salesforce solutions and integrations, including APIs, Web Services, ETL tools, middleware platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
Hands-on experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, including UAT planning and execution, defect management, production validation, and business readiness activities.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow, SQL, and data analysis/reporting tools for requirements validation, data analysis, and business reporting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, brokers, employers, operations teams, and technology partners.
Salesforce certifications and prior Group Life Insurance domain experience are preferred.
