Business Analyst

Insurance Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst (preferably Group Life Insurance Domain) with over 5 years of experience.
Experience working closely with Business Stakeholders, identifying major UAT test scenarios, and supporting UAT plan preparation.
Experience supporting UAT activities for business users across multiple releases/programs.
Good understanding of Insurance business processes, systems, and applications, especially within the Claims domain.
Experience with Agile delivery methodology and participation in requirement grooming and discussion sessions.
Attention to detail with the ability to understand how individual processes fit into the overall business model.
Ability to support test data requirements and coordination activities when needed.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business users.
Proactive professional with the ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt continuously.
Exposure to AI/Copilot-based productivity tools for requirement summarization, documentation support, or test scenario preparation is a plus. 
Good to have experience gathering and analysing business requirements and writing detailed functional specifications.
