Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of banking products, operations, and workflows, along with a proven track record in requirements management, process modeling, and data analysis. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Model and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment of business needs with technology solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including KYC, AML, and data privacy.
• Provide insights on core banking systems, payment systems, and digital banking platforms.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
• In-depth understanding of banking products, operations, and workflows.
• Proficient in requirements management, process modeling, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML, data privacy).
• Proficient in documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel).
• Experience in BFS-Capital Markets is a deal breaker.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of core banking systems, payment systems, or digital banking platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
