Business Analyst

Mandatory skills :- looking for a 5+ Years proactive and client-focused Business Analyst come scrum master to join our service-based IT organization. The role involves working closely with external clients and internal technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in multi-client, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.
Prepare detailed documentation including:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Process Flow Diagrams (As-Is / To-Be)
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and UI/UX designers to ensure alignment.
Participate in solution design discussions and feasibility analysis.
Support estimation, scope definition, and change request management.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual scope.
Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

2–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst come scrum master
Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid models).
Experience working with global clients.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
JIRA
Confluence
Microsoft Visio
MS Excel / PowerPoint
