Business Analyst

Location: India - Remote is fine 

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the operational anchor for Google Cloud RaMP (Rapid Migration Program) assessments, supporting end-to-end coordination across Cloud, Network, Security, Data, and App Modernization tracks. 
   
• Collect, validate, and structure customer environment data (infrastructure, workloads, applications, network, IAM, databases) required for RaMP assessment readiness. 
   
• Facilitate execution of RaMP checklists, maturity scoring models, discovery questionnaires, and evidence collection by working closely with SMEs. 
   
• Analyze customer environments against GCP best practices, Google Cloud Adoption Framework, and RaMP assessment criteria to identify gaps, risks, and modernization opportunities. 
   
• Support the creation and refinement of assessment artifacts including discovery summaries, gap analysis reports, migration blockers, TCO insights, and modernization recommendations drafted by architects and SMEs. 
   
• Drive consistent documentation and tracking of assessment progress, dependencies, risks, and customer action items using Google tooling. 
   
• Translate technical findings from architects/SMEs into business-friendly insights, decision matrices, and prioritization frameworks. 
   
• Prepare weekly dashboards, heatmaps, and progress scorecards aligned with RaMP reporting requirements. 
   
• Assist TPM and Pod Leads with client presentations, executive summaries, and RaMP stage-gate submissions. 
   
• Ensure compliance with RaMP methodology, assessment templates, and audit requirements across all assessment tracks.
