Business Analyst

Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross functional teams to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements
Conduct end-to-end analysis of processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Develop clear business cases, including cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment, to support decision making
Lead or support solution design sessions translating requirements into functional specifications for technology or process implementation
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
Support project management teams in developing plans and deliverables, ensuring requirements are tracked through to implementation
Lead the preparation of user stories, process flows, data models, and other analytical artefacts

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field advanced degree preferred
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including significant experience in a senior or lead BA role ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector
Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data and translate business needs into actionable insights, with a background in Data related projects.
Demonstrated experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and or Waterfall project methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels
Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/Power BI, etc.)
Min experience of 8 years
