Minimum 5 yrs experience as Business Analyst in Insurance industry, preferably Group/Life/Annuities Insurance Group Insurance domain knowledge is mandatory. Experience working as a BA on Salesforce development projects for at least 2 years is mandatory Excellent Business Analysis skills- Ability to talk to Stakeholders, elaborate requirements, document requirements, create process maps. Requires experience in Business and Integration requirement elicitation and documentation, Data Analysis using sql/excel Data mapping Create Data Dictionary Ability to work with UX designer to finalize screen layouts Ability to participate in Stakeholders discussions, elaborate requirements and document user stories and scenarios Needs to double up as a scrum master. Should be able to facilitate scrum ceremonies DSU, iteration planning, retrospective Should be able to do sprint end demos to Product owners and take stories to closure Ability to closely work with various stakeholders (Dev, testing team, partners) to ensure that business requirements are converted to actual solutions Good Agile experience is mandatory (Azure DevOps experience is preferred). Work closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects. Will engage in client discussions and capture requirements/ specs based on interaction with clients business users. Good to have - An insurance business analyst job will also demand the knowledge of various personal and commercial lines of insurance products such as - auto, motor, property, engineering, home owners, liability, marine, aviation, travel, extended warranty, workers compensation, and other miscellaneous general products in the current market, and their business processes and compliance rules in various markets.
