Business Analyst
Business Analyst - 4 to 5 years experience
Job Description: Business Analyst will work with the client staff and onshore offshore delivery resources, Program and Product Management to document business cases and solutions and create requirement specifications for insurance application suite of software. She or he will learn insurance products, establish a critical path for requirements gathering based on priority and interdependencies manage and coordinate business analysis in one or more functional areas; document business process specifications and functional requirements and communicate them to delivery team for development, support the documentation for all business activities.
Responsibility-2.Work independently and with higher level IT staff to interpret client requirements into technical specifications in accordance with approved standards and procedures. Analyze customer's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.3.Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such pecifications.4.Work independently and with higher level IT staff to expand and enhance knowledge of assigned computer applications and their interaction with other applications.6.Work with senior IT staff and Quality Assurance or Testing groups to expand and enhance test documentation (test plans, test cases, and test scripts) and test execution skills.
Requirement:1.Writing skills tests should be prepared in line of developing use case and or business process writeup for a given set of business rules 2.Any hands on knowledge of EIS Base system is preferred
