Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
• Break down complex problems, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Advanced
• Data Analysis & Visualization - Advanced
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies - Advanced
• Process Modeling, Data Mapping - Advanced
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
