Mandatory Skills and Experience -
 10+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in blockchain / DLT / digital asset technologies
 Strong hands-on experience in enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation
 Proven experience in designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions
 Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments

Technical Skills
 Strong understanding of
o distributed ledger technology
o permissioned and public blockchain models
o consensus mechanisms
o node architecture
o smart contracts
o tokenization frameworks
o wallet and custody architecture
o key management
o on-chain / off-chain integration models
 Strong experience with Hyperledger, especially
o Hyperledger Fabric
o enterprise blockchain frameworks and related components
 Experience with
o smart contract design and development
o digital asset platforms
o blockchain network architecture
o API and middleware integration
o security controls for DLT solutions
o reconciliation and transaction lifecycle design

Security / Wallet / Custody
 Good understanding of
o MPC
o HSM
o private key management
o transaction signing workflows
o institutional wallet controls
o multi-level approvals
o disaster recovery and operational resilience

Architecture and Delivery
 Experience creating
o solution architecture documents
o technical design specifications
o integration architecture
o deployment models
o vendor evaluation inputs
 Experience supporting PoCs, workshops, design governance, and implementation planning
Preferred Skills
 Experience with enterprise tokenization platforms
 Experience with privacy and permissioning models in DLT platforms
 Experience with cloud-based deployment of blockchain solutions
 Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD for blockchain environments
 Understanding of financial transaction processing, controls, reconciliation, and audit requirements
 Knowledge of secure smart contract review and governance practices Education and Certifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
 Master’s degree is an advantage
 Relevant blockchain certifications preferred
 Cloud and security certifications are a plus
