BCP - Senior Project Manager

Responsible for roll out, implementation, governance & maintenance of BCM Framework in the bank with direct reporting to the CRO.
Refurbished the Policy and Manual to align it as per the banks and regulators requirements.
Liaise, train and guide Business Continuity Coordinators the client to develop effective working relationships and BCPs.
In the event of a business disruption, coordinate with crisis communication to the stakeholders & Business Continuity Coordinators.
Working closing with the Risk Forum on the status of BCM in the Bank and subsequently updating the Board members on the same.
Prepare and maintain BCM dashboard, Publish BCP testing Calendar, collate information from stakeholders and keep track of the activity.
Ensuring compliance to Internal and External audits.
Submitting BCM data for RBS Tranche, Board / Committee and Group updates
Monitor IT DR so they are aligned to the overall BCM program
Conducting Annual Business Impact Assessment for applications to ascertain their availability rating.
For Automation/tools held discussions with vendors and provided inputs to seniors.
Facilitating Internal & External training to SPOCs on BCMs
Responsible for BCM documentation
Conducted the Third-party Operational Risk assessment for Technical Service Providers and other critical vendors in the bank- also ensuring that the risk /observations are timely mitigated.
Coordinating with external auditors for BCMS audits.
Created workshops for SPOCs and have been sending awareness flyers.
Provided content and flow to the eLearning BCM module for all employees in the bank.
Streamline and created templates to capture BIA FRP, Call tree and Test Reports, Application BIA.
