Job Description  Business Analyst (Banking Domain with Automation Experience)

Analyze and document business requirements within the banking domain, collaborating with stakeholders to understand process needs and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and process workflows.
Identify opportunities to implement RPA, BPM, or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
Support the design and implementation of automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or BPM tools.
Create process documentation, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and ensure alignment with banking compliance and standards.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings across business and IT teams.
Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure successful deployment of automation solutions.
Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvements and optimization within banking operations
