Responsibilities:
Design and implement loosely coupled, unit-testable applications using dependency injection.
Design and develop AWS Connect Contact flows
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement loosely coupled, unittestable applications using dependency injection.
Design and develop AWS Connect Contact flows
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
Provide proven application support and maintenance.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand requirements, document them, and implement solutions.
Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories.
Implement the applications CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
Develop and maintain REST APIs.
Perform unit testing using Moq to ensure code quality and reliability.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of strong experience in Python, Strong background in AWS and Amazon Connect
Capable of leading technical design and guiding the engineering team
Experience in enterprisescale contact center transformation projects
Proficiency in creating REST Apis using API Gateway and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB
Must have knowledge of LLM and Gen AI Models (AWS Bedrock)
Experience working with Terraform and Cloud Formation for deployment
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Proven experience in application support.
Experience working with Entity framework.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to document requirements and implement solutions effectively.
