Role: Lead Software Engineer

Skill: Automation Manual Testing

Experience : 5-8 Years

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience in functional & automation testing.

·       Hand-on experience in automation testing using Selenium, JMeter would be preferred.

·       Experience in creating effective Test plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases.

·       Experience in web browser testing.

·       Create and manage Manual, Automated test framework (where applicable) such as preparing the test environment and maintaining functional testing scripts in accordance with the changing requirements.

·       Ensure defects are tracked in the product backlog, and conduct impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests

·       Validate completed stories pass the acceptance criteria, raising defects as needed and work with the development team to improve the expected behavior and test cases.

·       Update & Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

·       Responsible for test execution and reporting progress to management.
