Automation QA

As a Senior Software Engineer in Test the role is responsible for building and executing automated testing and infrastructure across multiple products and platforms. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented engineer with strong cross functional skills and a passion for building automation and improving engineering efficiency. Responsibilities include designing test frameworks writing automated test scripts and integrating tests into the CI CD pipeline. Experience includes designing and implementing automated test frameworks and tools using Java partnering with infrastructure and product engineering teams to enable automated testing troubleshooting and maintaining automation code by identifying analyzing and fixing bugs keeping test scripts updated with application changes integrating automated tests into CI CD pipelines ensuring consistent execution and report generation and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Mandatory skills include at least five years of experience in QA automation testing using Java strong knowledge of Java and exposure to API testing tools and frameworks such as Postman Karate or equivalent. Secondary skills include familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to better manage the SDLC lifecycle and experience or exposure to Openshift Container Platform.
