ServiceNow ATF QA Lead JD:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow & ATF
- Lead overall testing strategy on ServiceNow ATF
- Implement ATFs and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow, Enhance and maintain automated flows
- Experience in Testing on ServiceNow instance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.)
- Work closely with client's development, product owners and test automation teams
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing business needs
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features and functionalities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business requirements, technical needs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Good to have experience in testing through ServiceNow upgrades
- Good to have knowledge & understanding of automation tool like Selenium / Cucumber

Qualifications:
ServiceNow CSA certified
ServiceNow ATF Expert
ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
