Associate Tech Lead - Java Microservices & AI Integration

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+)
•    Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
•    Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI
•    Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
•    Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•    Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
•    Understanding of distributed systems and design patterns
AI / ML Exposure (Preferred)
•    Experience integrating AI/ML models via APIs
•    Understanding of inference workflows and real-time predictions
•    Exposure to cloud AI services or model-serving frameworks
Tools & Technologies
•    CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
•    Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ (preferred)
•    Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
•    Version Control: Git
