Key Responsibilities;-

Recruitment Strategy & Execution Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to source and attract top IT talent.

Work closely with hiring managers & Delivery to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs.

Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Team Leadership & Development Oversee a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to achieve recruitment goals.

Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for recruitment team members.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline ManagementUtilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to build a diverse pipeline of candidates.

Maintain and update candidate databases, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage talent pipelines effectively.

Engage with passive candidates, developing relationships and building pipelines for future needs.

Candidate Experience Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates and hiring managers, maintaining transparency and professionalism.

Employer Branding & Marketing Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop and promote the company's employer brand.

Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Metrics & Reporting Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to assess and improve recruitment performance.

Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to leadership and HR teams, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter certification) are a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead recruiter role within the IT industry

Skills:

  • Proven ability to source, attract, and retain top IT talent in a competitive market. Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, ATS, and social media recruiting platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics reporting.
  • Knowledge of local and international employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in high-growth tech environments. 
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills within the IT industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
