Associate Architect

Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of robust integration and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role includes overseeing project technical quality, mentoring team members, and acting as a SME with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex inbound/outbound integrations REST/SOAP APIs.

• Oversee and execute data migration, conversion, and loading activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL).

• Serve as the technical authority for reporting, including advanced development of Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports and HCM Extracts/Fast Formulas

• Manage technical scope, effort estimation, and quality assurance for technical deliverables.

• Mentor and guide junior technical resources, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Act as a technical SME to translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical/Integration Consultant (HCM , Compensation, Learning Management).

• Proven experience in a technical leadership, senior, or mentoring role.

• In-depth knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).

• Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher report development and PL/SQL.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
